Turn AI capability into a paid role.
This is guided work, not a pre-recorded course. €499 net per month, cancellable monthly, with a First Pilot Guarantee after one real market cycle.
One system, two entry points
YMAD is an organisation of AI agents that prepares real work every week and remains review-first. Companies can ask ZukunftBilden to build and operate their department. In the Expert Circle, you become the person who plans, sells and operates departments for others: a YMAD Operator.
Four pillars
The value is proximity to real work, decisions and delivery.
- Weekly live call with Momo: cases, decisions and agent architecture; every recording remains available
- Momo’s direct number during the starting period for questions between calls about offer, objection, scope, price and risk
- Build in the real market: ten sprints from positioning through demonstration and outreach to sales conversations and first delivery
- First Pilot Guarantee: after six months, a published offer, 75 qualified contacts and seven real sales conversations, support continues at no cost until the first paid pilot is won
The ten sprints
Every sprint produces a usable artefact: offer page, audit sheet, demonstration, contact list, sales script, onboarding check or case study.
- S1 · Positioning: audience, problem and the role you genuinely want to occupy
- S2 · Opportunity Audit: recognise where a department creates value and where it does not
- S3 · Pilot offer: a small, explicit offer with outcome, scope, review rules and price
- S4 · Demo system: a working mini-department that makes the offer tangible
- S5 · Outreach: 75 qualified contacts through a defined method
- S6 · Sales calls: seven real conversations covering objections, scope and close
- S7 · Onboarding: Company Intake, Department Fit Map and Agent Roster
- S8 · Implementation: agents, skills and gates that hold up in practice
- S9 · Quality & Review: Review OS, Risk Register and Feedback Memory
- S10 · Case Study: a documented delivery case with traceable implementation
Return on investment
At €499 net per month, six months cost €2,994 net. Two YMAD workshop days at €1,800 net each generate €3,600 in revenue. A worked example of two workshop days plus three months of managed pilot support at €1,500 net per month totals €8,100. PwC reported a 56 per cent average wage premium for AI skills across nearly one billion job advertisements in 2025.
- These are arithmetic examples and market signals, not an income promise
- Results depend on audience, offer, implementation and committed outreach

The distinction
Strategenfokus is the implementation room for your own work. YMAD for companies means ZukunftBilden builds the department for the company. In the Expert Circle, you become the person who builds departments.
Before you join the waiting list
Is it a course? No. The knowledge is released freely. The Expert Circle is weekly guidance, direct access and work on your cases.
How does the guarantee work? After six months, publish your offer, contact 75 qualified prospects through the method and complete seven real sales conversations. If no paid pilot exists, support continues free until one is won.
Is there a minimum term? No. Payment and cancellation are monthly. Six months define a fair market cycle for the sprint path and guarantee.
Do I need customers or technical experience? No. You need seriousness and willingness to implement. The decisive questions come before the tool: which problem matters, which data can be trusted, who reviews and which actions require approval?
