The first agent is always the guardian of the brand.
Before a department writes, it learns to check. The first agent we build produces nothing. It guards how the brand sounds, what it claims and what it would never say. Everything else has to pass through it. That sounds slow, and it is the opposite. A department that is allowed to do everything at once produces drafts nobody wants to approve. A department that knows the brand produces drafts that pass. The order decides. On 21 July the content lead at DSB-ONE / MyGym reviewed the first newsletter drafts with the full brand standard: tone, local references, imagery, every claim. That is exactly what the system was built for. Every piece of feedback became a fixed rule. Five days later the new versions passed every comparison.
The trial by fire

Since then the agents write in the language of the brand, with backed claims, and every draft passes up to 21 automatic checks before a human even sees it. Approval still happens with you. The guardian makes approval easy, it does not replace it.
What this means for you
When you start a department, the first question is not what it should write. The first question is how you recognise a good draft. Whoever can put that into rules has almost built the guardian already.
