Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the USA. Vercel processes technically necessary connection data such as IP addresses in server logs based on our legitimate interest in secure operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel Web Analytics is used without cookies, cross-device tracking or personal profiles. Transfers to the USA rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Fonts are hosted locally and the site does not set tracking cookies.
Question machine and forms
Questions, inquiry forms and campaign responses store entered text and optional audio or video in Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage (Google Ireland Ltd.) based on consent or the processing of your inquiry (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Nothing is published without editorial approval.
Account
Firebase Authentication provides Google or email sign-in so personal questions can be assigned to an account. Data remains stored until deletion is requested.
Notifications
Emailit sends internal notifications about new form submissions. It processes only the form details required for the notification as a technical service provider. Full processing stays in the protected ZukunftBilden system.
Bookings
On the German YMAD page, the embedded booking form loads only after you actively click “Show appointments”. On the English YMAD page, the same booking flow opens externally in a new tab. In both cases, connection data such as your IP address is transmitted to Trafft, a service operated by TOUCH ME SOFT D.O.O. in Serbia. When you book, Trafft processes the contact and appointment details required to schedule the meeting. According to the provider, booking data is stored on servers in Germany; transfers to Serbia or other third countries use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required. For calendar synchronisation and the Google Meet link, appointment details such as the service, date, time and assigned employee are transferred to Google Ireland Limited and processed in Google Calendar and Google Meet to provide the scheduled meeting. Retention and media
Inquiries and recordings are kept only as long as needed for a reply, processing and agreed follow-up work, subject to statutory retention duties. Audio and video are not published automatically. You may request deletion at any time.

Campaign submissions are analysed, shared with partners and published anonymously or with a name only with explicit consent.
External services
Links to WhatsApp (Meta), YouTube, Spotify and partner sites open those providers. Their privacy rules apply only when you actively follow the link.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability or withdrawal of consent by emailing office@zukunftbilden.eu. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority at dsb.gv.at.
